Workstream 0: Management and Coordination of the Project

Objectives:

This Workstream is intended for all the activities that are related to the general management and coordination of the project which are mainly the activities which are cross cutting to all workstreams. In particular, it aims at:

safeguarding cooperation among partnership and the harmonized implementation of activities,
maintaining financial flows, and
securing efficient budget execution by all partners.

Workstream 1: Literature Review and adjustment of Abusive Relationship Disorder diagnostic criteria

Objectives:

To review existing literature regarding the diagnosis of infant and toddler abuse and neglect in order to be used for the development of the diagnostic protocol
To adjust DC: 0-3 Abusive Relationship Disorder diagnostic criteria to the European populations

Workstream 2: Production of the diagnostic protocol for infant abuse and neglect

Objectives:

This Workstream aims at the development of the diagnostic protocol of infant and toddler abuse and neglect (0-3 years of age).

Workstream 3: Train health professionals

Objectives:

This Workstream is intended for the training of health professionals in applying the new diagnostic protocol of infant and toddler abuse and neglect in the context of routine health exams for infants and toddlers.

Workstream 4: Policy-making on infant and toddler protection from domestic violence

Objectives:

To promote health-related policy-making for the protection of infants and toddlers from domestic violence.

Workstream 5: Creation of National Networks for infant and toddler protection from domestic violence

Objectives:

To promote inter-sectorial cooperation in order to facilitate implementation of the diagnostic protocol into National health systems, and sustain project’s results.
