Protecting infants and toddlers from domestic violence: Development of a diagnostic protocol for infant and toddler abuse and neglect and its implementation to the public health system.

The 2^nd Managerial Meeting of the approved European Programme [Just/2011-2012/DAP/AG/3283] entitled "Protecting Infants and toddlers from domestic violence: Development of a diagnostic protocol for infant and toddler abuse and neglect and its implementation to the public health system" was held from 5-7 February 2014 in Whitelands College, London, UK. Specifically, issues such as up-to-now progress, dissemination activities, conduct of the 1^st Pilot Study, data evaluation, development of the screening tool, description and national implementation plan of Pilot Study 2 and overview of future tasks were discussed.
